Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Information We Collect

  • The service you are interested in
  • Any message or project details you choose to share

2.2 Payment Information

When you purchase a plan through our Site, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account details, or any other sensitive payment credentials. Stripe collects and processes your payment data directly in accordance with their own Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

We may receive from Stripe limited, non-sensitive transaction information such as the plan purchased, the transaction amount, and a confirmation status, which we retain for business and accounting purposes.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our third-party analytics provider automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring URL (the page that brought you to our Site)
  • Approximate geographic location (country/region, derived from IP address)
  • Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)

This data is collected in aggregate and is generally not linked to your personal identity. It is used solely to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve our services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes or proposals
  • To communicate with you about your project
  • To process and fulfill your purchased plan
  • To send transactional emails related to your purchase or project (e.g., receipts, project updates)
  • To analyze Site usage and improve our content, services, and user experience
  • To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Analytics — Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). GA4 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and analyze information about how visitors use the Site.

4.1 What GA4 Collects

GA4 may collect:

  • Pages you visit and how long you spend on them
  • Buttons or links you click
  • Your general location (country or city level — not precise)
  • Device and browser information
  • How you arrived at the Site (search engine, direct, referral, etc.)

4.2 How Google Uses This Data

Google may use the data collected via GA4 in accordance with its own privacy policy. We have configured GA4 with IP anonymization enabled and have not enabled Google Signals or advertising features. We do not share GA4 data with Google for advertising purposes.

For more information on how Google uses data collected through analytics, please visit: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

4.3 Opting Out of Analytics

You may opt out of GA4 tracking by:

  • Installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • Enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser settings (we honor this signal)
  • Using a privacy-focused browser or extension that blocks analytics trackers

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to support analytics and improve your experience. The cookies used on this Site include:

  • _ga, _ga_XXXXXXXX (Google Analytics) — Used to distinguish users and sessions. Persist for up to 2 years.
  • _gid (Google Analytics) — Used to distinguish users. Expires after 24 hours.
  • __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid (Stripe) — Used by Stripe to detect fraudulent activity and ensure secure payment processing. These cookies are only set when you proceed to checkout.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Site. For more information about managing cookies, visit allaboutcookies.org.

6. Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party service providers who may have access to certain personal data as needed to perform services on our behalf:

6.1 Stripe, Inc.

Stripe processes all payment transactions. When you click a payment button, you are directed to Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Your payment data never touches our servers. Privacy Policy: stripe.com/privacy.

6.2 Google LLC (Google Analytics 4)

Google Analytics provides website usage analytics. Data is transmitted to Google servers and stored in accordance with Google’s data retention policies. Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

6.3 Hosting Provider

Our Site is hosted on third-party servers. Our hosting provider may have access to server logs, which include IP addresses and page requests, for the purpose of maintaining server security and uptime.

7. Data Retention

We retain the information you submit through our contact form for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected — typically for the duration of any business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping purposes, not to exceed three (3) years unless required by law.

Payment transaction records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted from Google’s servers.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the personal information you provide against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encrypted HTTPS connections (SSL/TLS) on all pages of the Site
  • Restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
  • Use of reputable, industry-standard third-party services (Stripe, Google) for sensitive data handling

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Right to Opt-Out of Analytics — As described in Section 4.3
  • Right to Withdraw Consent — Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 12. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
